Welcome to Hyde-a-way cottage
Our 4 star award self catering accommodation is situated in the beautiful medieval cinque port town of Sandwich, Kent. A pretty Victorian cottage which has recently been modernised with a fabulous new bathroom with roll top bath, power shower, sink, WC and heated towel rail/radiator.
The self catering accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen with a new electric cooker unit and separate gas hob. A Belfast sink with French style taps and wooden worktops. There is a separate utility area which houses the fridge freezer, automatic washing machine and dryer, convenient downstairs WC and wash basin.
There are two reception rooms, the front room is a cosy sitting area with TV, DVD player, coffee table, bookcase, games, sofa and armchair it can also be used as an extra bedroom with its double sofa bed. The second room with French doors which open out onto the garden has a glass dining table which can seat 6 people.
The garden is completely enclosed which is ideal for those with children and your dog is welcome too! There is garden furniture and BBQ also a rotary clothes line. The driveway at the front of the accommodation has recently been block paved and can accommodate off road parking for two cars.
There are many restaurants, tea rooms and public houses in Sandwich just a 10 minute walk from the accommodation and nightlife can be found in the surrounding towns of Margate, Ramsgate and Deal.
Sandwich, Kent is a great location for golfers; the famous Royal St. George's golf course is only 5 minutes drive away. There are other local golf courses that can be played, but if you are just coming to watch or participate then look no further than Hyde-a-way cottage self catering accommodation as you are sure of a warm welcome.

Gillian the owner can also arrange Spa days available at her home including massage, reflexology and full range of beauty treatments. Spa treats can be full or half days and includes use of sauna and hot tub. Pamper days can be booked upon making your holiday reservation.
